Whatever course you decide upon, there is always someone to tell you that you are wrong. There are always difficulties arising which tempt you to believe your critics are right. To map out a course of action and follow it to an end requires...courage.

Just checking in...

I don't have much to post about today. Our days have been pretty mundane lately. We stay home mostly, except for the grocery store or the library, and church on the weekend. I really need to investigate some classes for the kids, to see what's available for them. I just don't feel much like carting them back and forth right now, plus we go on vacation in about 2 weeks, so I don't want to start anything new at the moment. I'm hoping when we get back my nausea and insane 'tired-ness' will be almost gone away...then we can start doing some fun 'stuff'. There are bowling and roller skating every month, park play dates, and of course sports activities. I'd like to get Corbin into soccer. Logan expressed an interest in golf, but the available class is at 9 a.m. on Saturdays....not sure Karl or myself can get up and out of here in time. Also not sure Logan would want to do it bad enough to miss Waffle Day....need to check with him I guess. One easy one is swim lessons....they all like to swim, it's good exercise, and hopefully I can find classes that coincide or are at least back to back...something to look into toward the end of April. I read about a swim team north of us but I'm not sure any of them really want to compete...maybe they would. I really need to communicate with my kids, I guess! ;)

Emma is still not walking...but she is starting to do a few more things. She loves music and will wobble around to the beat any time it's playing. She also likes to play peek-a-boo with anyone willing to engage her. Her grin is the biggest and cutest, and she has a special way of saying "DAAAA!" anytime Karl comes within her sight, she hears his voice, or even hears us say anything about Daddy. She loves her Daddy, and I believe the feeling is mutual.

Well that's it...no more info. to share. I know, I haven't done a great job lately about writing here. I'll try to do better. Thanks for faithfully reading anyway.

Hey girl!! You sound like me! Home is good. Lately, groceries and some random outings are all I have energy for.Y'know it takes a lot of time to adjust to a new city. I've found it so hard to navigate all the opportunities for the kids. What to do? Where to do it? I'm taking it slow :)

Hope you are feeling well!! I love your updates.
